This policy applies to digital workbooks, templates, checklists, guides, and other downloadable products sold by Elementum Holdings LLC through HazWastePros.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Once a download link or access has been provided, purchases are generally final, except where a refund is required by law or where one of the situations below applies.
When we will help
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- you received a different product from the one shown in your order; or
- another refund right applies under law.
We will first try to resolve delivery or file problems by restoring access, resending the download link, or providing a working replacement. If we cannot resolve an eligible problem, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.
Situations that generally do not qualify
Unless required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for a change of mind, failure to review the product description or system requirements, inability to use common PDF or Microsoft Word files, use of the product that does not produce a desired business or regulatory outcome, or changes in law or guidance after the purchase date.
How to request assistance
Email support@hazwastepros.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not email payment card numbers or sensitive personal information.
If a refund is approved, WooPayments will send it to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. Download access and the license to use refunded paid materials may be withdrawn when the refund is issued.
Free resources
Complimentary resources have no purchase price to refund. If a free download is inaccessible or damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement when available.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
